support<at>kerio.com informs me that this cannot currently be done.

I have registered this as a suggestion.

If you also email them and request it then this might speed up the process!!

You can do this by creating a custom cf file in the plugins\spamassassin\rules subdirectory and adding a rule, such as the following:

body MY_TEST_RULE /penis/i
score MY_TEST_RULE 10.1
describe MY_TEST_RULE A test rule

This rule does a case-insensitive search of the message body for the string "penis". If the message matches the rule, 10.1 is added to the message's spam score. The describe line is optional.

Google for "spamassassin rules" for more examples. There was a good rules tutorial on the SpamAssassin, but after a quick look, I can't seem to find it again.

By the way, don't modify any of the existing .cf files (even local.cf), as they'll likely get overwritten by the next KMS update. Create your own cf file called "my_org.cf" or something, and put your custom rules in there.
