Has anyone found a place to change the default folders the Webmail uses for Sent and Junk?

I'd like to have it match standard clients by storing Sent messages in "Sent" instead of "Sent Items" and spam in "Junk" instead of "Junk E-mail". Otherwise, users who use Webmail and a desktop client have messages spread out over multiple folders.

Not sure if it helps, but you should be able to rename the folder in the email programming you are using and then have it reflect the change in webmail. For instance in Outlook, change the name of "Junk E-mail" to "Junk" and the change will be made in Webmail as well. You can't change the name of the default folders in Webmail, but this is a work around.

Unfortunately, the server just creates "Junk E-mail" again the next time it files away a spam message.

My current workaround is to have users change their clients to match the Webmail. But that's a lot of users, and I don't think the "delete junk mail older than XX days" feature works on anything other than the default junk folder in most clients.
