I had a strange problem with one of my users. The first time they logged in this morning using the KOC, I saw a series of the following in the error log on the server:

[20/Oct/2004 07:29:59] user_stats.cpp: Message quota for user user<at> falls below zero
[20/Oct/2004 07:30:04] Last message repeated 33 times

Every time they deleted a message I'd see the falls below zero message again. Looking on the Quota tab for the user, it showed 195 Mb mail, 0 Messages. So, I renamed the stats.usr file, and all of their index.fld files. When they logged in again, everything re-indexed as expected, and the quota numbers were restored.

Now, about half of their custom folders display in a different view (no preview pane, and oddly enough view changes save now for those folders), and about 30 seconds after starting Outlook for the first time, the get the following error from Outlook:

Cannot start the reminder service. Unable to show reminders. The Reminders folder could not be found.

Removing and re-creating the __keriomapi__STORE folder doesn't help.

Any ideas?
