I can't disable my user administrator rights to the public folder. I can set rights, but can't disable it once I give them a right to use it. Any idea?

All you have to do is set the sharing permissions to "None" and save the changes.

Not that. In administration console, when I give my user a right to edit public folder, the 'set rights' button is grey out. But now I want to remove that right, I can't do it.

You can hand edit the acl.fld file
under Mailstore\mail\#public\
Just remove the user from the file and that should do it.
