Hi

In the manual it tells us that if a user uses up their quota they will be notified..... I wish!

Strange that a users quota is used up they get NO notification. In the logs on KMS there is no indication a users quota has been used.

The user just does not receive emails... If they try to send emails they get the error message "Unable to save message to user<at>domain.com/Sent Items". This does not appear in any logs either.

Emails get stuck in a queue and will sit there till the user clears out some emails tho the user would never know to do this!!

Im a lil stressed cus it just happened to my boss and we lost out on some important business!

Im running KMS 6.0.3 on XP

C'mon Kerio

I've the same problem,

User have 30mo by box, and the quota is regularly reached...

I look often the message queue, when a message is in queue for a quota exceeded, I send a message to user manually and I increase the box to 50mo, when the queue is ok, I decrease to 30mo.

I'm very veyr happy to do that...
Thank's...

Thats a fine way to get around the problem yet the software should do this itself to remove the admin time. If a user had 10,000 clients to do this for it would be an administrators nightmare.

I have logged a support request on this but am yet to hear anything back!

Regards

Dave

Exactly, I've max 1 user by day.
With 10 users, I must do otherwise.
Form the user... ? I dream...
