Check the file acl.fld in the following path:

/kerio/mailserver/store/archive/

The contents should look like this...

admin<at>yourdomain.com lrswicda
--
Make sure the account listed in acl.fld is the admin account you wish to have access to the archive folders.
In the Admin Console (Domain Settings:Users), make sure that same user/admin account has public folder rights (edit user:Rights tab).
If the archive folder does not show up in web mail after fixing the above settings, you may have to restart the kerio server process.
--
In 6.0.2 I've found that no matter what name you enter for the admin account during initial setup, admin<at>yourdomain.com is what shows up in the config file.
--
The above fix was provided to me by Kerio support.

Good luck!

Log into webmail with the original aministrator user name and password (the one created when you installed kerio). The archive folder will show on this account by default. Now you can right click on the archive folder and share it with anyone else who has administrator rights.

This may have happened if the the domain setup during the configuration wizard was later changed.

Ie the configwiz created admin<at>firstdomain.com and then the domain was changed to seconddomain.com the admin console does not update the ACL's for the new FQDN of the user?

I have noticed this in the past...
