Kerio Connect 9.2.7
One of our users has found that her Mail on iPad suddenly doesn't connect to the server, though it connects ok to other Mail services (including Kerio Connect at another business).
We connect to the server using a profile (downloaded from the webmail login page). This has worked fine for years.
She is suddenly seeing "Cannot get mail. The mail server "server" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings."
I've tried re-typing the password and eventually deleted the entire profile and re-imported it. But still I have the same problem (only now with entirely empty mailboxes).
Her iPhone connects fine, and no other user seems to have this problem. Just this one iPad - which can connect to anything else.
Does anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot this?
Probably way too late for you now but I have seen exactly the same thing a while ago but with an iPhone as the probblem device.
The only way we managed to fix it was to completely wipe the iPhone and start from scratch. After setting the phone back up as if it was just out the box we were able to get the Kerio profile back on and working
