We have a remote user that we'd like to include in a call queue (ring all), but this user does not use a registered softphone or the Kerio Phone app. They use only their cell phone, which we have configured as a "find me" number in their ringing rules. I have enabled the options to use ringing rules for Ringing Groups and Call Queues.

The issue is that the ringing rules do not appear to work unless there is an active registration for that user's extension. For example, if I sign into the Kerio Phone browser app as this user, ringing rules are respected. If I log out, ringing rules are not respected.

Is there any way to have this user's phone ring even when the extension is not registered?
