V. 9.2.3, Mac OS.


Our HR department has migrated job applications from email to a 3rd party SAAS.

HR asked me to place an autoresponder (I used out-of-office)on the existing employment<_at_>mycompany.com to point applicants to the SAAS website. They also want to continue forwarding the incoming emails to HR folks.

I found that the auto-respoonder did not work unless "Deliver messages to both mailbox and forwarding addresses" was checked.

Or try the forwarding Tab / option at Users > Forwarding
