We have just setup Kerio Operator. When we receive an external call this goes to the reception group which contains 4 peoples extensions.
When one of them answers the call they are unable to use the Kerio Phone to transfer the call, they click the grey arrow and then transfer, enter someone's extension and then click Attended it does nothing (the transfer details vanish).

If they use the handset to transfer the call this works fine.

If I ring them directly on their extension they can use the Kerio Phone to transfer a call, so it only doesn't work when you call a group.
Does anyone know how to get this working?

What output does the Debug log give you if you have the Asterisk Log (Detailed) selected during a transfer operation from the soft phone compared to a transfer operation on the normal phone?
