Hi there,

Outlook supports autoarchiving (here deleting) of emails older than x Days/months etc. In our company some users got this feature, others don't. The feature exits at least since Outlook 2007, we got 2010 to 2016. Its different on every PC.

Our personal manager needs to delete canditatures after a specipic time because of data protection.

Only if I start Outlook in safe mode (CTRL+Outlook), I have the feature at this PC. Even when I disable every add-in, its not there. How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance!

You could set up Auto-Delete on Kerio for that user. It is in the Admin Console under

User > Messages > Items clean-out

If you would like to use the Outlook archiving, I would go to

Folder > AutoArchive Settings

and setup stuff there.

Hi freakinvibe,

I don't want to delete every message in every folder after x months, I need the AutoArchive thing. But this option is gone in some installations!

I reinstalled Office, reinstalled KOFF, nothing. Option is still missing.
How do I get it back to work?

Thanks in advance!
