http://www.kerio.com/service-status doesn't mention any issues.

We do not have issues with our update server. Make sure your firewall allows HTTPS connection to bdupdate.kerio.com and bdupdate-cdn.kerio.com. You can verify if connection is open by doing telnet (telnet bdupdate.kerio.com 443). If it fails then something in your environment is blocking it.

I opened a ticket with Kerio after experiencing the issue for a few days (consistently occurring from 12/21 to 12/24).

Kerio suggested they were aware of an issue with bdupdate.kerio.com and were working on a fix.

Antivirus updates downloaded and applied without issue from 12/25 to 12/29.

The issue cropped back up again from 12/30 to 12/31.

I haven't bumped into any issues since 12/31 (updating yesterday and so far today without issue).

Actually my Antivirus have been update. There was no change on the environment. As this is a last device on the line, there is no any configuration issue. And because the updates were download without any issue now, the issue should be on the Kerio site. What about certificates?
