I have installed and installed multiple times. I have downloaded the installer from different trusted sources. Initially the program launched and allowed me to configure and i could see the email.

Subsequently opening the app shows in task manager and in the trey and hovering over the trey icon shows the GU snapshot but NO UI.

Alt-TAB shows it running but there is no way to actually see the GUI.

This is most likely environmental. Disable any AV you have running. Kill the process in Task Manager and launch it again.

Open a Support ticket if you're still having issues.
