We are using Kerio 6.08 latest with 110 license. I found that Warning Log contain message at below :

[08/Nov/2004 13:30:24] (1005) Application layer gateway service system
service detected. The service has been stopped.
[08/Nov/2004 13:30:26] (1002) Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet
Connection Sharing (ICS) system service detected. The service has been

Out Mail server Mdaemon is run behind the Kerio. We cannot get external
mail, but manage to send out. I suspecting the error above is the reason
cause this. Please Help.

this is not linked.

kerio just informed u that you are using ICS and this service has been disabled because it is not needed and recommended to be used with kerio.

I think that you had to create a rule to allow incoming mail, using port mapping to redirect to the proper server hosting the mail server.
