Hi everybody:

I've installed on my computer a Telsip Phone (www.yophone.net). I've opened four ports (5060, 5062, 10002, 10003) than the phone needs by creating a Service Definition in this way:
Protocol: TCP/UDP; Source Port: any; Destination port: list 5060, 5062, 10002, 10003.
In "Traffic Policy" I've added this service to the default NAT rule, and the phone connects rigth to the net.
But I have a problem, I can hear nothing when I talk with someone. The technical support says that my firewall (kerio winrote) doesn't permit audio packets.

Any Idea?

Thanks in advance
