Am I correct in thinking that it is impossible to search for specific keywords inside a message body using either Outlook or Webmail?

I can only seem to be able to search Subject and Sender.

enable full text indexing

Enable full text indexing, or switch to a different mail client, such as emClient or Thunderbird.
