hi,

since few days, and without modifying anything, some servers refuse our mails with this message :
"host mailhost.domain.com[194.xxx.xxx.xxx] said: 554
<<user<_at_>domain.com>>... Relay operation rejected (in reply to RCPT
TO command)"

what's happening suddenly ?

we use our smtp server's provider for outgoing mails.

i try to use "Deliver directly using DNS MX records", but same message.

this problem seems to appear only on two differents domains at this time, but tomorrow ?!

how can we do to circumvent this ?

thanks for your help ;)

Chances are your ISP's address block is on one or more spam blocklists.

Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com/ and to a check of your and your ISP's mail server IPs for presence on blocklists.
