I heard from Kerio sales that the new version of the mail server coming out in the first quarter of 2005 will have a Webmail module that is backwards compatible with old browsers.

Can somebody tell me if this is true?

As it stands right now v5 of the mail server has Webmail that is accesible from older browsers, but v6 is NOT compatible with older browsers.

Our company still has dozens of older Macs that won't be upgraded to OS X for over a year so they use the OS 9 version of IE (5.1..). Because they have to use this older browser they cannot use the Webmail on v6 of the mail server.

This is critical to have it working for us to upgrade to v6. As it stands now I plan on purchasing v5 and installing that. However, I would find it extremely helpful if somebody in development at Kerio could verify this backwards compatibility with older browsers, specifically for Mac OS 9 users.

Thanks for your help,
