I am trying the webmail remotely over DSL and am occasionally getting a random spinning hourglass that goes on forever. I cant really find a specific thing that causes it, but opening Settings and Saving it seems to do it often. I've tried it on two computers remotely both running the latest, patched version of IE6. One computer in Win98 and the other is W2K. I cant make the Win98 machine do it. Anyone seen this? I either close the browser or logout and back in and everything works again until it happens again. This is over SSL (https on port 443).

I get this too.

New webmail is seriously unreliable (not to mention slow)

Considering KMS6 is now 6months old the state of the webmail is awful.

I have resorted to limited (but fast and stable) squirrelmail.

It's caused by lost HTTP(S) connection to the server. You don't have to logout, simple browser refresh should help.

We are currently working on a fix of this problem.
