I have Korea Blackholes blocked, but we have a customer that this Blackhole blocks. Is there any way to allow emails from this customer without disabling all of Korea Blackholes? Will a SMPT spam filter that allows email from the customers domain over ride the Blackhole listing IP's?

The RBLs are processed prior to the SPAM filters. Not sure if it would work, but you could try setting up an IP address group with your customers IP in it (If it is static) and allowing that as part of the "Local" group.
Not sure that would be a good idea unless you trust this customer, but a possiblity along those lines.
