We are currentyl running 6.0.4 on WIndows 2000 Server PIII 600 with 40G and 512 meg memory. We have 4 Outlook clients using Kerio's connector, and let me tell you...this connector is dog slow.

I have a Sales guy that never deletes his sent folder cause he constantly builds up messages. It's now up to 1500 messages. Sorting thru them is impossible. SOrting thru a huge inbox also moves like a turtle.

Which is faster? Using IMAP or Kerio's Outlook connector. ANybody out there with a smiilar experience?

IMAP is much faster.

Problems is no contacts, tasks & calendar folders available

KOC is still like a pre-release at the moment which is disgusting.

The only time the speed is acceptable is in almost empty folders as soon as there is some data it crawls to a halt!!

I wish Kerio were listening to my moaning..?..

I'm actually working on this right now myself.

It appears that if the KOC is set to the DEFAULT email account in Outlook you experience lots of problems, where as if you configure a personal folder and then configure KOC as a secondary account, there are no problems.

Another problem I have experienced tonight is with KOC 6.0.5 being setup as the Default email account in Outlook 2003, I get multiple email. Outlook doesn't seem to recognize that the email has already been received and then re-receives it as a new message. This will happen over and over again unless I delete the actual message, then it stops re-receiving it. Anyone else experience this problem, have a solution for fixing it?

If I use IMAP in the default location instead of the connector, everything works fine. Sooo, if you don't mine not sharing calendars and such (which I can't seem to get to work anyway) then go with IMAP.
