I've installed kerio 6.0.5 in our server and our company's client reported this message that sent out from our server. Any hints in fixing this?

This message is not coming from your Kerio Mail Server. Your client's mail server is trying to reach your Kerio Server and couldn't do that for some time.

This message is issued by your client's mail server. Please check why your mail server can't be reached (line down, SMTP service not running etc.)
