Is there a way in KMS for OSX that a user set in Apples Open Directory with shortname "joeschmoe" can have a different email address when activated in KMS?

In otherwords is there a way when activating this user in LDAP(Apples Open Directory) that their email address can be something other than the default imported(activated) email:
joeschmoe<_at_>example.com that is derived from shortname in Open Directory. We would like it to be jschmoe and for them to ONLY have 1 SMTP email address jschmoe<_at_>whatever.com.

Reason: This is an executive email that is listed on the public website which we want solely pointing to someone's mailbox(like their executive's assistants for screening).

Forgive the newbness, but if you can think of a better way that would be great.
