Press release say that KMS 6.1 will be availible at the end of january!! (?) (I think it will be in mid february, but time will show).

Is there a list of new features in KMS 6.1? From what I have read in the forums almost all "problems" (Offline mode in KOC, web management etc) will be fixed/included in KMS 6.1

This is excellent news. I was expecting it to be end of March.

I'm definitely looking forward to 6.1. I've been waiting for this release to move my personal exchange server to kerio.

I hope it works well right out of the box.

I just hope they've fixed the worst of the bugs without breaking anything further. Especially with the KOC.

From what I understand the way 6.1 works with Outlook should be much better.

I think it basically works as if you were using POP 3 everthing is stored local, so it is fast and all features of Outlook should work but it then syncs this back to the server.

If they can get this working well they will have an amazing package to offer. I'm really pleased they now support iCal as this is standards based so hopefully the calendar plugin for Mozilla should now work.

I hope it is automated like all the other updates. But I do know this connector works completely different so maybe not.

I hope for ....

1) Outlook Cache mode (for remote users)

2) Distribution List (ala Exchange)

Without those 2 we will have to go to Exchange 2003.

From what I have heard it will definitely have an Outlook Cache mode.
