Thanks for a great product! We're currently (2005-01-13) evaluating Kerio mailserver & webmail!

However, I can't seem to find a setting for setting the default "autoreply" address.

For instance, say that i setup the user 'r-pop1', the user gets the address r-pop1<_at_>, however I want the user to be able to use the address bob<_at_> instead so I add it to the user.

When I set the "Out of Office" feature from the webmail interface, replies are sent from r-pop1<_at_> - how do I change this to bob<_at_> instead?

Best Regards,
Fredrik Johansson

I submitted a ticket on this in October and was told the developers thought they would get to it in January -- there doesn't appear to be a way to fix it.

This is a big problem for us since we actually use a different domain name from the default, so responses to vacation messages do not get delivered.

Another issue is that the out of office tool seems to reply before messages have gone through user filters, so every spam message that comes in gets autoreplied to. Most of those are bogus addresses, so users get flooded with bounces from the spams they've replied to.

If you haven't already, please submit a ticket so Kerio will know this is important.
