First create a new POP3 service:

name: POP3-995
protocol: TCP
source: any
dest: equal to 995
description: gmail POP protocol

For pop access to mail from a LAN client create the following traffic rule:

name: gmail
source: network connected to interface LAN
dest: network connected to internet
service: POP3-995
action: allow
log: connection (for debugging: packets)
translation: source nat, translate to IP address of outgoing interface

For pop access to mail from the firewall:

name: gmail
source: firewall
dest: network connected to internet
service: POP3-995
action: allow
log: connection (for debugging: packets)
translation: none
