A client asked if KMS would be able to present public folders via NNTP. What they want to do is make all of their mailing list and newsletter subscriptions available via NNTP since that's a much more efficient/useful format. They subscribe to over a hundred lists and newsletters in their field of interest and their current server just sorts and files the received postings into public IMAP folders. It appears to me that KMS can only make local mailing lists available via NNTP.

I've told my client that KMS cannot do what they want, and they've removed it from their consideration list.

The NNTP server functionality in KMS seems pointless when one can make little use of it.
