I need to use both of them...to get their mail and sending through these accounts

You can use IMAP for multiple email only accounts, and the email functionality is similar to the outlook connector. You only need the Outlook connector for access to calendar and contact info.

Outlook / Exchange gives you this capability.

We set Secretaries to open Executives Mailbox when they load outlook, including their own calendars, ....

In the Outlook connector to Exchange, there is an option to ... Open Additional Mailboxes.

This is highly important to corporations ...

But... If i need to configure two mail accounts under the same outlook.Two accounts(two diferent domains) to access to their calendars... shared contacts.....
heze<_at_>xxx.com->calendars...
heze<_at_>yyy.net->calendar...

is it not possible?

haven't tried this, but with the webinterface from KMS you can share your folders with other people. Works like a charm.

I think , that if you dump the shared contacts in the public folder, there should be no problem..
