i have setup a FTP server on same machine where KWF is running.
users from LAN can access the FTP server, but users from Internet
could not access it.
The rules defined are:

FTPOut => Source: Internet => Destination: Firewall => Service: FTP => Action: Allow

FTPIn => Source: Firewall => Destination: Internet => Service: FTP => Action: Allow

Local => Source:LAN => Destination: Firewall => Service: FTP => Action: Allow

What I have done wrong !?!? Sad

Maybe there is some rule like "Internet->firewall:any:deny" before your rules?

Enable the packet logging and check the filter log for clues.
