Install KMS 6.0.7 first before you try any configuration!

It doesn't matter if you use 6.0.0 or 6.0.7, http://mail.domain.com only works, if your DNS points to the correct IP address.

Can you ping mail.domain.com?

locally is works now with https://mail.XXXX.XX/ on port 443. In the firewall of the router I opened this port.

If i try it from outside it doesn't. Do I have to make any modification in Apache like a virtual server or must i do something else?

On your services tab, is your SMTP set on LAN? If so, you can only send through LAN. Double-click the SMTP service, click the Access tab, then uncheck "Allow access only from selected IP address group"
