Hi

a lot of people wrote about the fact that the webmail would be slow. I never noticed this, until recently.

When testing the limits of KMS, i ran into the speed trap aswel.

under "normal operation" i find the webinterface fast enough.
Even with larger mailboxes.

But.
When clicking rather rapidly (navigating fast) trough the mailbox when that box contains 3,9 gig of mail, gathered in allmost 15.000 mails, and attached a few other mailboxes in that login , it's slowing down.

Now i intend to reboot it any time now soon, so maybe it's just a coincident... IEK, rebooting, a linux server, but hey, adding some harddisks and some ram so i can't complain.

Any one some tips on tweaking / speeding it up / optimising it ?

I mean, when all the mail was stored in a database, you could create index tables and stuff, speeding it up, but that's a kerio thingie.. nothing we could do..

Hi,
Sorry this is not an answer to your topic but I would like to know what kind of userstats you have. Since I will start using it soon with a lot of users with big mailboxen (easily 1.5 or 2 GB). Could you tell me how many users you have, what the biggest mailboxes approx are (and how many big mailboxen) and what kind of server (HW specs and OS).
I would like to get an idea what the extremities of KMS are.
THANKS!
