My LAN:
Windows 2000 Server; DNS server (90.0.0.2)
Windows 2000 Prof (2 NIC) (90.0.0.1 & 217.40.XX.XX)
other win 2000 clients
Client settings:
IP Add 90.0.0.X
Sub Mask 255.0.0.0
Gateway 90.0.0.1
Pref DNS 90.0.0.2
Alt DNS 90.0.0.1

Now clients cannot access internet. If i remove the PREF DNS and put 90.0.0.1 then it works but the domain users have problem to log on.

To browse internet DNS need to be resolved. Make sure the DNS on the W2000 server is forwarding DNS calls to the DNS forwarder of KWF (KWF installed on 90.0.0.1 machine). In the DNS forwarder of KWF specify the DNS server(s) of your ISP.

To test if DNS resolving is working try
ping www.kerio.com
you should get the ip address (128.242.106.66). The ping will not be answered, you will get 4 time-outs.

Also you could try browsing www.kerio.com by using its ip address 128.242.106.66 in stead of the url.
