Hi

I have a web app on 10.0.0.64 the app needs ports 80 and 491.

I have set a rule within the traffic policy window
called "MY WEB APP"
source=External COnnection
Destination = MyIPAddress
Service = HTTP 80 and TCP 491
Action= Permit
Translation = 10.0.0.64

When I try to connect to MyIPAddress i get a "server not responding message"

What should I be checking?

thanks, any thoughts appreciated

Create two traffic rules. One for each protocol (port) and fill in the port number at the forwarding (MAP 10.0.0.64) for that protocol (HTTP -> 80, other protocol -> 491).
