We are currently using the Kerio Winroute 6.0.9 as our firewall system. One of our office sites use the Fortigate 100A and we have to connect that site via VPN connection. However, we found that only ONE workstation can successfully build the VPN connect with that site via Kerio winroute firewall at one time. The Kerio Firewall will memorize that IP for a certain period. Then only the workstation with that IP will be allowed to build the VPN connection. The outbound rule for the VPN connection is as follows:
Sour Dest. Service Action Translation
---- ----- ------------ ------- ----------
All All UDP 500/4500 permit NAT (WAN)

When we change the other firwall product (other than Kerio Firewall), no this problem will be occurred.

Please help to solve this problem.

I solve the problem by disabling the IPSEC passthrough under the Advance option.
