i just installed the demo version of the mailserver to verify if it fits the needs for our new dedicated windows server. But i have a failure which i cannot fix.

I can recieve Mail normaly from different accounts...

But whe i want to send a Mail to someone, the message stucks in the queue and will not be sent with the failure "4.4.1 cannot reach remote server"

Because i have a fixed cable ip I just have opened an DNS redirect at no-ip named which links to my ip, also i created an mx record like this MX preference = 5, mail exchanger =

but nothing worked.

when i send a mail to test<_at_> everything works fine, but i can not send any mail with this email to one of my other inboxes!

anyone can help?

To send mail, the Mail Server needs at least one public DNS server he can contact.

To test this, type

on the server. If it resolves to an ip address, that's fine, if not you must enter a public DNS server in your ip configuration.
