Please forgive me if this is asking an obvious question, but I am new to Kerio.
I've just installed Kerio and as far as I can see it is set up correctly, however, no users can log into their mailbox, and outgoing mail sits in the queue showing "Internal Server Error. Cannot open mailbox"
Also, when trying to add a secondary domain, the manual states that users should use their full e-mail address as the login (me<_at_>example.com), but under Domain Settings > Users> Add, I can't input the <_at_> symbol into the login box.

This is running on Mac OS Server 10.3.8

Any help gratefully recieved

Just to add insult to injury, I've just realised, that I can't add or administrate any public folders. All I get from the web interface is "Error: Unable to open folder" when trying to view anything but the contacts list.
