With alias I can create a mailbox that receive a copy of all email for a specific group of users. It is possible to do the same for outgoing email? I need to backup separately mail sent from different groups of account.

Yes this can be done - However I don't know a way to only archive mail from some users.

FOR GLOBAL OUTBOUND MAIL ARCHIVE

Enable archiving for outbound email
(Under Configuration-Backup)

You can then archive to either a public folder or to an email address (user if you like)

The only other option I can think of would be (post-sending) rules in the email client (Outlook?)

Brainwave!!!

You could turn the archiving on globally into a public folder and create 'Search Folder' views in outlook to show particular sender's mail.
