Greetings,

My users are having problems with SMTP authentication if they have a pop/imap account setup. They get an authentication failed message when they try to send messages. The passwords are correct. Users connecting with the exchange protocal have no issues.

All clients are Entourage 2004

Help.

Maybe the username/password is wrong!! (LOL)

But seriously...

Are you using secure SMTP as certs may affect this?

Passwords are correct...we have tried both smtp secure and "normal"

Still at a loss...
