many thanks

I remember looking into this awhile back, and no, there doesn't seem to be a way, even a hack solution.

God, footers are annoying. Especially with extended internal conversations where staff quote each other repeatedly and you have a long string of disclaimers to scroll through.

Perhaps this would be a good feature request to Kerio?

Kerio MailServer 6.7.1 w/AD
Windows Server 2003 SP 1
Dell PowerEdge 2850 (Dual Xeon 3.2ghz and 2 GB RAM)

~1000+ concurrent IMAPS connections
iPhone users
Outlook 2007 KOFF users
Apple iCal 10.5/10.6 users

Certainly would, we used to use GFI Mail Essentials with exchange and this feature was great. In fact, you can assign different footers to differernt groups etc too which was really useful.

I'd be happy enough to just disable them for internal user emails though.
