Hi together;

I am looking for some reference customers, who use Kerio Mailserver in the following scenario:

+ 5 branches
+ 1 W2k-Domain with Active Directory
+ 100 Users
+ Users often change the branches
+ 90% of all mails have 10 MB attachments or bigger

These points must be reached:
+ minimum 2 mailservers
+ users should only authenticate via Active Directory
+ mailboxes on the mailservers
+ Notebook user should have there mails offline available
+ Mailserser should replicate the public folders

Does anyone have some info for me?
Thank you.

Regards

Achim

I would find a different product for your req's

Kerio collapses with large attachments if using the KOC
(When I say large I mean about 4mb+)

Public Folder replication (haha)

Users moving between barnches - no prob here if using AD..

2 Servers - are you planning to separate users over 2 mailbox stores??

Notebook users having offline access - no chance - 6.1 is likely to be delayed months more & who knows if it will work when/if it does!!

Achim,

Are you going to be using the Outlook functionality, peterj mentioned -- or are you going to be using POP or IMAP?

Kerio MailServer 6.7.1 w/AD
Windows Server 2003 SP 1
Dell PowerEdge 2850 (Dual Xeon 3.2ghz and 2 GB RAM)
~1300 users
~1000+ concurrent IMAPS connections
iPhone users
Outlook 2007 KOFF users
Apple iCal 10.5/10.6 users

Then you have no hope with KMS

(Sad to say as a user & a reseller but KMS seems to be on a downhill slide)

Roll on V6.1!!!
