I downloaded the kwf6.0.10 and installed it on Windows 2000 Advanced Server and I have several questions (Interfaces #2 the first to internal network and the second to internet like always):

1-In the Traffic Policy the only role I have is Source:Firewall, Destination: Any, Service: Any, Action: Permit and then Applicated it. And I try to make ping to any external ip but it doesn't nothing, but changing Service Rule to Ping and HTTP I can reach any external ip and surf on Internet. What would be the problem?

2-It is posible forbid urls by users. For example Jhon can enter in any page but he can not enter in and Lucy can enter only in

Enable packet logging and check the filterlog for extra information to find the problem.

Use HTTP URL rules for that. You can allow access to specific sites (urls) for different users or usergroups.
