I have a few custom rules setup to help filter a few messages which my Spam filter consistantly marks incorrectly. Yet everyday I have to go into the Junk folder, mark the 2 or 3 messages as Not Spam, and move them to the Inbox.

The filter are based on a doman rule and are listed as unused even though they have been in place for a week.

Is there something I need to do to activate them?

Only thing I can think of off hand is to check which field it's looking for the text on the filter. Might be that it's not finding it valid because it's looking at the wrong piece.

To be sure I had the proper fields set, I removed all the rules I set up and re-entered the information with no luck still.

The biggest is issue is that it is the same e-mails which get caught everyday. You would think after telling Kerio Mailserver for 4 weeks straight, it would have learned that these messages are okay. My boss receives 4 e-mails from this newletter every night, 2 get through and 2 get caught.
