At the error log we can see message like this:

Try to lower the automatic logout timeout. Maybe connections are kept alive for a long period of time and you are running out of connections. I have the timeout set to 10 minutes. This means that after 10 minutes of no activity the connection is logged out.

The default logout timeout is 200 (i am not sure).
I lowered it to 20 minutes when first time met this problem ,but it's doesn't help.
Maybe 20 minutes still too long,i'll try to lower it to 5.

thanks for feite's reply

How many connections show up in Status / Connection?
You could also experiment with the winroute.cfg file. There is an option in the Firewall segment:

<variable name="NatConnVanishTimeout">900</variable>

Lower the value of 900. Changes take effect after restarting the firewall engine.
