Moin,

I´m looking for help. We want to install the Kerio Mailserver because the Exchange is to expensive. To install the Service is very easy but we have a big problem at the terminalserver with the Outlook Connector. Just one user at present can use Outlook. All the other User received an errror which says that: KOC32.dll could not be loaded.......

is it true that we can not use MS Terminalserver with Kerio Mailserver or can you help me with a "special" information

Thank you for your help

We are using KOC in a TS/Citrix environment. Which version are you using? Perhaps you have a GPO that is blocking access to the KOC when setting up user profiles.

What versions?
How many users?

Please provide more information.

We have set up about 80-90 users successfully with KOC on TS. There are some performance issues however. Please see all of peterj's posts and you will understand. He's not making any of this up.

In your company it works with 80/90 user??? WHOW

Yes, we have a lot of TS users. We are using KOC 6.05 and Outlook 2003 on Windows 2003 servers.

I'm thinking that your problem may be related to permissions. Are users in any kind of locked down GPO that may be preventing access to KOC? Does this occur when you are setting up the user Outlook account or is that already set up and it happens when they open Outlook?

Have you put a trouble ticket in with Kerio?
