We have FTP server on the same machine that has Kerio running. What rules are necessary to make FTP work properly?

With the default rule (from wizzard) I can connect to the FTP server from the internet, but it always ends with error after succesfull login when ftp client wants to list the directories...

I have version 5.4 and Win XP SP2 on the server...

incoming external
dest firewall
service FTP
allow
translation to internal server ip address

which is from wizard which works.

Depending on the client you are using, you might try setting the client to passive mode.

Unfortunately it doesn't... I know it should work. There is a kerio problem with allowing additional ports for FTP. That's why I can connect to the ftp server from outside but data connection cannot be established.

The same problem is reported by my friend who works on a different network.

I have the wizzard-made rule for FTP and Kerio version 5.4

Any ideas what is wrong?
