Excuse me.
Additional information.

First connection is the VPN channel, the second goes through the same network card, but passing VPN channel. Sometimes VPN server does not answer, but VPN connection is not broken off. Winroute starts to use the second connection. After a while work VPN of a server is restored, but Winroute continues to use the second connection. If i break off VPN connection and to establish it anew, Winroute it is switched to the primary channel.

Is the ip number of the probe host for the primary connection correct? Use the default gateway of the primary connection for probing.

I have found the reason.
Winroute at transition to secondary connection deleted the default gate for VPN connection from Windows routing table.
If i restore the default gate for VPN connection manually (route add 0.0.0.0 etc) Winroute came back to the primary connection. The most bad in it that Winroute when came back to the primary connection did not check its work. It was simply switched, understood that it does not work and again came back on secondary connection. It very much, very badly. It practically crosses out all convenience of this function.
I am afflicted.
