Does the client has a default gateway? It should point to the firewall (192.168.0.1). Can the client ping a location on the internet? Has the DNS been setup correctly?

Check the internet connection settings (in ie go to tools / internet options / connections / LAN settings). If you have a proxy address filled in, check if it is the correct one. If you use the rules I gave you make sure you do not use the proxy settings.

You can ping the firewall (192.168.0.1) from a client. But can you ping external ip address from that client?

To change (or set) the default gateway on a client pc go to the network interface properties, select the properties of the tcp/ip protocol, on the general tab press Advanced... Check the default gateway. On the DNS tab check the DNS server address.

I have no setup with two private ip addresses. It should work, I have read in other postings about people who have two private ip addresses. Make sure the internal interface of the firewall does not have a default gateway. Only the external interface should have a default gateway.

If you want to create traffic rules remember this: you create the traffic rule for the initiating traffic. The reply traffic is allowed in automatically. If you check the rules I gave you, you will see there is not rule for replies. Enable packet logging on a new rule to see if packets are allowed or denied/dropped.
