Buffer Overrun Detected!

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state. The Program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.

This error always appear in Kerio Winroute Firewall 6.0.11
I am getting this error every time i reboot my server or "stop and start kerio winroute firewall service.
Windows 2003 Entrprise+SP1+All Patches & All updates from Microsoft Corporation. I can resolve this error only by deleting users.stat files & users.stat.bak. After deleting it runs smoothly, but until reboot. I'm also using Kerio Mail Server 5.6.7 product on this server. I thought that it can be software incomatibility(i have uninstalled everything except kerio winroute & kerio mail server), but error appear again and again. Then i install one more copy of microsoft windows separatelly for testing purposes and it got this error again. Please help me t resolve this problemm i really need users statistics due to traffic limitation

ScreenShot included.
