I am runing Kerio mailserver on the same machine as my web server and am trying to use CDOSYS to send email from a simple contact form. I am having the message put in the pickup directory at "C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store\queue\pickup"

The message never gets sent. It just sits there. Is there something I am missing? Can anyone help meout?

I am in the same boat...

I am runing Kerio mailserver on the same machine as my web server and am trying to send messages I put in the pickup directory at "C:\Program Files\Kerio\MailServer\store\queue\pickup". This is done for a bulk mailing system.

However, the messages never get sent in the "Pickup" folder. They just sit there. How do I enable this to send out my messages?? Or is there another folder the messages should go in?

Thanks,

Gary

Pickup folder has a special purpose for certain customized KMS installations. It cannot be used in standard KMS installations. Emails are not picked up from this directory.

What is the right pickup folder if this one won't do what its name suggests?

AFAIK there's no folder that Kerio picks up messages from...
