How are you connecting to the server --- IMAP, MAPI (KOC) or POP3?

Hi, with KOC.What is strange, that if I make a folder within the Outlook, it works finely in Outlook and in Webmail also.

Have you checked on the permissions?

What type of folders are you creating that aren't visible? (mail/cal/contacts)

Yes of course.I talk about the same user:)))

If with this user I create a folder via webmail it can not be seen in KOC.If I do it in Koc, it can bee seen in Webmail.

It doesnt depend on type of folder.i tried with mail and contacts also.

Are you sure you have folder list on rather than the default mail folder only view in OL2003??

peter, what do you mean on "mail folder only view"?

With KOC I tried only this one, because the others use the webmail or pop3.

In Outlook2003 you can see mail only folders by default.

See the following thread where I have advised another user of this (& how to change) in the past.
